As an Integral part of the curriculum at SRAM College of Pharmacy (Pharm.), pharmacy department has made several efforts in order to improve the skills. A part of the effort is to acquaint the students with the practices of industry, observing the industrial operations in terms of unit operations and processing, and organizing the unit operations in the production of tablets, capsules, injectables, quality control, etc. The students are encouraged to take up training & internship programs during their semester break. Faculty members give their guidelines, suggestions, scope and contact details for an internship. They also help the students by interacting with the industry experts; provide the student recommendation letters and other necessary supports. The alumni coordinator constantly interacts with alumni, those who are working in the industries and request them to provide the necessary guidelines and supports for their junior’s internship.
